Best thin crust pizza I have ever had in my 33 years! Had the “bobo mushroom” and the “da meatball”. Extremely good pizza, very good ingredients, and cooked perfectly! I will be back!
Been craving pizza and this was close to our house. 1st time visit. We got the Hotta Soppreseta Pizza and it was delicious. Spicy but not too spicey. Garlic knots were good too, wished it came with some marinara sauce as a dip. All seating was outside which wasn't too bad since the weather was nice. We will definitely order from here again!
Best pizza in town hands down! My wife and I have been coming here since they opened their food truck years ago. We were hooked from the first bite! There’s no doubt as to why they have claimed their prestigious awards in the pizza world. I recently reached out on Facebook to the business, curious to know if they had ever considered using a pesto base as an alternative to the traditional red sauce (which is delicious). My wife loves pizza but her favorite kind comes from a place that offers a pesto option for its base. I wondered if Mia Marcos could do it better. The owner Derek responded promptly and offered to make us what we were looking for. And they did it...in remarkable fashion! My wife nearly shed a tear after taking a bite. It was beyond our expectations! Joey in the kitchen is a master of his craft and I can’t say enough about Derek Sanchez and his devotion to customer service. We are so happy to have Mia Marcos in our community and we will continue to support the business and spread the word. Derek Sanchez already had a successful career outside of food, but he decided to follow his passion and take a huge risk! And it paid off! We will enjoy for many years to come! Thank you again!
Very good pizza with an awesome crust and great gluten-free pizza for my wife. World championship winning pizza maker right outside of San Antonio. Currently it's only take out but they will be opening the inside of the restaurant soon. We will definitely come back.
So I've been hearing great things about this place for years-drive by it many many times, and finally tried it. WOW. Everything we heard was true. This is the closest beat NY style pizza you're gonna get in Texas......that includes Grimaldi's. This is better! We had the pepperoni . It's take-out but yep....it's the best. Looks like they're working on getting a dining room soon but- this pizza was plain and simple-the beat NY style around. Period.
Forgive the absolutes and superlatives: This was the best and most delicious pizza I have ever eaten in my life. We were out of town and looked up reviews and it led us to Mia Marco's. It was so good we didn't cook our planned dinner and went back again the next night. I can't wait to go back and would GLADLY make a detour or even a trip simply to grab another pizza. The staff was as stellar as the pizza. Lovely people who genuinely enjoy what they're doing and serving people. Go check out Mia Marco's and don't sleep on the home made ranch dressing ;)
We drive 2 1/2 hours just eat this pizza one way! This is the best pizza I’ve had anywhere including New York and Chicago Mia Marco‘s are world champions for a reason. It is consistently high-quality and phenomenal Tasting Pizza!! The chef and staff Are always very accommodating and make you feel welcome. Can’t wait to Taste the next slice.
Hands down the BEST pizza I’ve ever had! I don’t live anywhere near this place, but I will happily make the drive every time because it’s that good. Their hot soppressata pizza is out of this world, the perfect balance of spicy, savory, and deliciously cheesy. The crust is always perfectly crisp with just the right chew, and you can taste the quality in every bite. This place has officially ruined all other pizza for me, nothing else compares. If you’re a pizza lover, do yourself a favor and try this spot. Totally worth the drive, every single time!
